Web Developer

Job Description / Responsibility

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with a proven track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers and senior designers to understand project requirements and create
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides for consistency across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of design elements into the final product.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Occasionally assist in creating marketing materials, such as banners and social media graphics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, ISP, Computer Hardware/Network

Additional Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in CSE or a related field is preferred
